O Controle de Qualidade dos Serviços de Assistência Jurídica da Defensoria Pública de SP

This document presents an analysis of two agreements of the Public Defender’s Office to provide free legal aid services. We sought to analyze those in the light of the mapping of models of indicators of evaluation of services provided by organs of the Justice Systems. The objective was to critically describe the terms of the agreement in order to evaluate if they contain obligations that contemplate a range of what is considered important in assessing the quality of care and access to justice.
