An event discusses the role of international courts in combating climate change

This debate brings together researchers and specialists in the FGV Direito auditorium to address the topic

Next Thursday (22nd of June), Conectas Human Rights, FGV Direito SP and Instituto Clima e Sociedade will hold an event titled “International Courts and Climate Change: Advisory Opinions of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the International Court of Justice”, in the auditorium at FGV Direito SP, from 2 pm to 6 pm. Find the access link to register for the event here.

The event brings together researchers and researchers to discuss the role and position of international courts in relation to climate change. In addition to the opening, two of the tables discussion will focus on public international law, international human rights law, climate change law based themes, among others.
