Sur – International Journal on Human Rights
The Sur – International Journal on Human Rights is a biannual journal published in Portuguese, English and Spanish and distributed to individuals and groups in over 100 countries (in print, and in electronic format www.surjournal.org). The only multi-lingual publication of its kind, Sur Journal mixes articles on theory with those on practice, and is devoted to creating a safe space for healthy debate among those grappling with the day’s most serious human rights challenges.
