Examining the Effectiveness of Constitutional Courts (IBSA Project)

Conectas is promoting a comparative research project focused on India, Brazil and South Africa (IBSA) to analyze the effectiveness of Constitutional Courts with respect to the promotion of human rights in each country.  Academics from the three countries are working over a period of 18 months to produce a report (in English and Portuguese), documenting precedents and legal strategies adopted by civil society organizations to protect rights in these countries.
