Ferosa Abel David Chaúque Zacaria, a human rights advocate from Mozambique and participant in Conectas’ Fellowship Program for Portuguese-Speaking Africa, gave an interview to the newsletter of the Specialization Center for the Promotion and Defense of Women’s Rights. Since September this year, Ferosa has been undertaking an internship at the institution, where she has been following the legal and procedural work in criminal justice, specifically by the Public Defender’s Office that caters to the victims in the Family and Domestic Violence Court in the city of São Paulo.
