Heitor Dias Gomes, 25 years old, works for Associação Guineense de Reabilitação e Integração dos Cegos - AGRICE. During the first phase of the Exchange Program with Conectas, he is developing a project to discuss the social inclusion of people with disabilities in his country.


Jandira Miranda Brazão de Barros, 33 years old, is a social assistent in Cape Verde and works for Associação para a Solidariedade e Desenvolvimento Zé Moniz (AZM) (AZM), as part of the team of the project on Guidance and Promotion of Human Rights. While in Brazil she is developing a project on monitoring public policies, which will be implement in 2011 in Cidade da Praia, Capital of Cape Verde.


Delfina Celeste Dance, 27 years old, is a graduated in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Institute of International Relations of Mozambique. She works for the Centro de Estudos Moçambicanos e Internacionais (CEMO), she coordinates researches on gender and human rights. During her time in Brazil, she developed a project to combat overcrowding in prisons in Mozambique.


João Malavindele Manuel (Secretário), 26 years old, is a law student in Angola and coordinator of the Center for Information and Documentation of Associação OMUNGA. In the first phase of the Fellowship Program he developed his project - "Cidadania Firme" - which aims to promote participatory democracy and the use of the media as a platform for debates.


 Pascoal Baptistiny Savio Samba, 37 years old, is a majored in philosophy. He works for Associação de Conservação do Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Integrado Rural (AGRICE). In 2011, he intends to implement a project which aims to guaranteeing the right to education of rural communities and nomadic groups in his region.
